Chairperson of the Oyo State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM), Mrs. Olubukola Oladipo, has extended her heartfelt felicitations to the First Lady of Oyo State, Her Excellency, Engr. Mrs. Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde, on the occasion of her birthday.
In a goodwill message issued today, Mrs. Oladipo described the First Lady as a pillar of strength, compassion, and service whose unwavering commitment to the welfare of women, children, and the less privileged continues to inspire many across the state.
